Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) is a part of Disney Experiences (DX), and is a center of excellence leading strategy development and decision making through actionable data analytics, integration, and insights. Within CIMA, the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team is focused on leveraging best practices in analytics to capture data, analyze, and optimize our digital and contact center channels, to drive Guest satisfaction and business outcomes.
DTOA is looking for a Digital Analyst with innovative problem solving skills, a passion for data analytics, and the ability to help guide business decisions through story telling. The successful candidate will be able to find the story in the numbers through a variety of statistical and data analysis techniques that lead to actionable business recommendations.
This position will support the Disneyland Resort business and report to the Manager, Digital Analytics. The hiring range for this position in Anaheim California is $110,000-$118,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
