We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will support the management of our global business P&L, help provide finance support to internal and global departments, and contribute to creating accurate forecasts, budgets, and reports. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, collaborating across departments to deliver key financial insights to stakeholders.
We lead our organization’s financial reporting and decision-making process by identifying areas for opportunity in cost savings and efficiencies. You’ll join a high-performing team that functions as an internal finance support group partnering across the business to deliver insights that drive actions. The team’s role goes well beyond the analysis; we’re focused on business growth and developing our people.
What You Will Do:
Global Business P&L Management:
- Assist in reporting the global business P&L, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting to key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and global departments to provide financial support and insights that inform decision-making processes across the organization.
Forecast Modeling:
- Help maintain existing forecast models, working closely with key stakeholders to gather accurate data and develop both short-term and long-term financial plans.
Project P&L reporting:
- Create and maintain project-specific P&Ls, delivering critical insights and KPI results to management for performance evaluation and decision-making.
Continuous Improvement in Reporting:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in financial reporting processes, and work to implement changes that promote accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Financial Partnerships:
- Develop strong working relationships with management teams to ensure the accurate and effective flow of financial information across the business.
Budget Creation:
- Assist in building budgets for specific departments or areas as needed, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Reporting Process Development for Marketing Team:
- Develop and implement reporting processes for business case models, specifically tailored to support the marketing team’s decision-making and performance tracking.
Ad-Hoc Analysis:
- Respond to ad-hoc financial analysis requests from both internal and external teams, providing timely and accurate information to support business needs.
Skills You'll Need:
- 1+ years of full-time experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting or accounting.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting or related field. Undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Experience with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Oracle ERP, Hyperion, SharePoint
- Business mindset – able to connect data-driven insights to the broader business needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to succinctly communicate insights and recommendations that drive action
- Intellectually curious with a passion for exploring complex questions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Eager to be challenged and self-motivated to continuously improve
- Ability to work well within a small, high-performing team

Compensation, Benefits & Logistics:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70 - $73K annually depending on experience and qualifications.
This role is eligible for performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance.

Pampered Chef currently follows a hybrid schedule at the headquartered office in Addison, IL. The expectation is for employees to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
