Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Warehouse/Logistics (Remote)

Impact You Will Make: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead global teams in analyzing, recommending, implementing, and supporting business systems in the Operations domain, with a focus on Warehouse/Logistics. You will also understand the connections across various functional processes and systems within the enterprise, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Service and Warranty, Order to Cash, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis (30%): Critically assess business problems and requests to develop solutions and improvements. Understand and analyze the larger IT systems landscape to make comprehensive solution recommendations. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Business Partnering (30%): Foster strong alignment with business stakeholders, maintaining a close connection between IT and business functions. Regularly engage with business teams to understand their vision, strategy, and priorities, ensuring effective communication between business and IT.
- Systems (20%): Serve as a technical-functional expert in manufacturing applications, capable of configuring SAP and integrated shop floor applications. This includes solution design, documentation, testing, and ongoing support. Collaborate closely with IT developers and external vendors to create solutions that meet business needs.
- Project Management (20%): Manage small to mid-sized projects following our IT PMO framework.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A four-year degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A high school diploma is required.
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 5+ years of expertise in configuring and managing SAP, ancillary warehouse/logistics technology (ShipERP), data management technology, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ShipERP is preferred
- Experience leading small/medium size projects
- Familiarity with S4Hana implementations is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing or operations is preferred.
- Willingness to travel a few times a year to locations in MO, IL, DC, and OR.

Compensation: $150,000 + Benefits
