Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A & Corporate Development

Venteon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to play a strategic role in supporting senior leadership and driving financial performance. This position is pivotal in shaping the company’s financial strategies and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Financial Plans: Drive financial and strategic planning to support a company with ambitious growth goals.
  • Lead Long-Term Financial Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams to assess corporate goals and create streamlined workflows for insights.
  • Build Insights and Storylines: Analyze data to provide actionable insights for leadership and contribute to achieving strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Bridge gaps between business goals and corporate objectives, offering feedback and solutions to ensure alignment.
  • Regional Finance Support: Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and identify revenue and cost opportunities to enhance EBITDA performance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Innovate financial processes and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Present Insights Effectively: Deliver strategic input through complex financial models, reports, and presentations to executive leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline).
  • Experience: 3+ years in finance within public or private industry, with strong accounting and analytical skills.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP or CPM software.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Domo preferred).
  • Competencies:
  • Proven ability to model, analyze, and synthesize financial insights.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain financial data and implications clearly.
