As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging financial data to guide the strategic direction of fast-growing, Nasdaq-listed technology company. In this high-impact role, you’ll support key business decisions by driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis, helping us achieve our financial goals in a dynamic, member-supported environment.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Support P&L oversight by delivering analytic, insights, and strategic guidance to business partners, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Support monthly close cycle, producing timely reports and insights for executives.
- Maintain and update financial forecasts including income statement, cash flow, and attrition metrics, to drive informed decision-making.
- Deliver department and business unit budget reporting along with insightful analysis and support.
- Conduct scenario analysis and create detailed financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.
Reporting:
- Support the preparation of SEC filings, public earnings releases, Board of Directors materials, and Investor Relations presentations.
- Maintain and enhance subscriber data reporting processes ensuring data integrity and accurate documentation.
- Prepare weekly executive reports on operational and cost metrics.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of the executive monthly reporting binder, ensuring accuracy, formatting consistency, and timely delivery.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Collaborate with accounting, data analytics, marketing, and data engineering teams to enhance subscriber forecasting, marketing analytics, and cost management strategies.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and research related to cost-savings and other corporate initiatives.
- Identify areas of improvement and automation, driving efficiency across financial processes.
Qualifications
What you’re bringing:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including accruals and GAAP principles.
- 3-7 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data presentation
- Proficiency with BI tools such as DOMO or Tableau
- Experience with financial software like Intacct or FloQast
- Familiarity with task management software such as Asana
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- US citizenship or US residency with an existing work permit is required.
