Compensation:

The annual salary range is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00

We are seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors Administrators to join our HR Technology team—focusing on either Employee Central and Global Benefits, or on Recruiting and Onboarding. As a SAP SuccessFactors Administrator, you will play a key role in configuring, supporting, and optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors platform, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience. You will serve as a functional expert, working closely with HR, IT, and business partners to ensure our systems are aligned with organizational needs.

Job Duties:

• Provide daily configuration, support, and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors modules and related HCM systems
• Manage updates and integrations, and ensure accurate, compliant data exchange with internal and external platforms.
• Collaborate on system projects and implementations with cross-functional teams to optimize system capabilities and ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements
• Lead testing, deliver end-user training, and resolve system issues to ensure functionality, adoption, and data integrity
• Ensure system compliance, manage upgrades and patches, and support reporting, analytics, and audits.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Required: Experience with hands-on configuration and daily support of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Required: Deep expertise in one or more modules:
• Employee Central & Global Benefits OR
• Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding.
• Required: Strong understanding of HR business processes, including data management, recruitment, and benefits.
• Required: Experience with system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Required: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP HCM PA/OM in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Preferred: Understanding of role-based permissions, security administration, and data privacy compliance.
